Marvin Hamlin: Principal Consultant- has over 25 years of experience directing company-wide financial management, tax and accounting reporting systems for high growth information technology and manufacturing companies. Mr. Hamlin has served in numerous executive management positions and spent the last 11 years working as a Senior Management Consultant with two different CPA firms.

As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Hamlin was responsible for establishing and implementing financial strategies, setting up overall operational goals, strategic planning, capital fund raising, SEC and financial reporting, and managing third party relationships, including investors, banks, Defense Contract Audit Agency, Internal Revenue Service and outside accounting and law firms.

As a Senior Management Consultant, Mr. Hamlin was responsible for strategic planning and budget preparation for clients, accounting systems conversions, financial reporting and analysis, incurred cost submissions, DCAA audits and submissions, corporate tax planning, fill in as virtual CFO, structured debt and equity financing for clients, position clients for acquisition or sale, and development of exit strategies.

Mr. Hamlin is a native of Florence, South Carolina. He has a BS degree in Accounting from Francis Marion University and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of Maryland.
